Investment Intelligence, Strategic Foresight & Family Governance Advisory

Where complexity meets clarity: from governance transitions to cross-border opportunities.

First time here? See background and services.

Introduction

I help family offices, venture funds, and legacy entrepreneurs navigate cross-border uncertainty through strategic foresight, narrative intelligence, and investment insight.

This page is the starting point for a focused conversation. Whether you're assessing
an opportunity, managing a transition, or trying to understand deeper structural shifts, we begin by clarifying your context and what decision lies ahead.

From there, we can determine whether a one-off strategy session, a dedicated advisory relationship, or a tailored foresight mandate is more appropriate.

Work With Me

I typically work with decision-makers operating where capital, governance, and culture intersect:

  • Family offices and business families navigating generational transitions, liquidity events, and cross-border decisions.
  • Venture funds and investors evaluating complex, culture-sensitive opportunities, especially along the Europe–Japan corridor.
  • Founders and legacy firms facing structural change, regulatory shifts, or narrative risk beyond the reach of conventional analysis.

My role is to bring clarity to complexity and help you move from ambiguity to informed action.

Share Your Challenge

The more context you provide, the more precise my first response can be. In your message, focus on:

  • A short description of your challenge or key question (1–3 paragraphs).
  • Any constraints or sensitivities (confidential processes, regulatory elements, internal dynamics).

Below, you will find a three step guide to structuring your message before sending it.

Everything you share is treated as confidential. For formal engagements, we can put in place the appropriate agreements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical details about scope, process, and how I work with clients.

What makes your strategic foresight approach different?

Beyond trends: structural shifts, cultural signals, and narrative risk.

I I combine formal foresight training with two decades in cinema, including a Venice Special Jury Prize and a Nashville Grand Jury Prize, and fifteen years representing Italy in Japanese strategic games, alongside cross-border investment experience. This combination surfaces structural dynamics and cultural blind spots that conventional analysis misses.

Do you only work with large institutions?

The unifying factor is complexity, not size.

Many clients are family offices, funds, or established entrepreneurs, but I also
work with founders and smaller structures when the level of complexity genuinely
requires advanced strategic insight.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Discretion from the very first contact.

Initial exchanges are confidential. For formal engagements, we can implement NDAs
and structured communication protocols. I also collaborate with your existing advisors
when necessary.

What does a typical engagement look like?

From focused sessions to long-term partnerships.

Some engagements are single strategy sessions for specific decisions.
Others involve ongoing advisory relationships, acting as a thought partner across
investment, governance, and cultural dynamics.
